Plan, organize, and conduct practices and games Develop student-athletes’ skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship Ensure supervision and safety of student-athletes at all times Maintain compliance with VHSL rules and school division policies Coordinate with the Athletic Director on scheduling, equipment, and transportation Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and administration Promote academic achievement and positive behavior among student-athletes Oversee inventory, care, and maintenance of equipment and uniforms Qualifications
