PART-TIME CAFETERIA EMPLOYEE

 

Hours: 29 hours per week

 

Location: Bland County High School

 

 

Performance Responsibilities: 

  1.  Prepares, cooks, and serves foods in accordance with menu.
  2. Washes pot, pans, and other cooking utensils. – maximum weight 25 pounds.
  3. Operates food service and mechanical equipment such as dishwasher, mixer, chopper,  steamers, oven and other
  4. Participates in daily clean-up of work surfaces, eating and food preparation areas, and equipment.
  5.  Performs clean-up duties as assigned.
  6. Receives and stock food supplies – maximum weight 55 pounds.
  7. Courteously serves food to students while adhering to portion control, safety and appearance standards.
  8. Observes and promotes safe work practices and procedures.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned by the Cafeteria Manager.
