Job Description
Title: Information Technology Support-Part Time
Primary Functions:
1. Provides information technology support to school staff and administrators..
2.. Plans, manages, and supports the configuration, deployment, and integration of all
school/program technologies.
3. Works collaboratively with and as part of the industry-standard IT service desk.
4. Manages and supports all local network resources, servers, and all associated technologies,
including local network configurations.
5. Responsible implementing standard best practices for local
network resources, data integrity, and security.
6. Coordinates hardware maintenance and repair activities and performs required desktop
maintenance.
7. Installs, configures, and supports software, hardware, local and networked technologies, and
resources.
8. As an information technology point of contact and collaborates with other school-based
technology specialists, appropriate central office staff, and technology vendors to ensure smooth
integration and use of technology.
9. May act as a liaison for all system enhancements, hardware repair, and network profiles and/or
upgrades.
10. Manages and accounts for all school/program technology assets.
11. Performs other related duties as required or assigned

Recieves supervision from Supervisor of Division Operations and IT Coordinator
